“ Excellent vegetables, meat and poultry. Classic Italian grocery with many special items in compact space. They have an Italian rosemary ham - it's the best and reasonably priced. Best for me - lot's dog friendly hikes out there. So add a stop at Bianchini's for those extra on the way back home. ”
“ Terrific market, spacious interior and a aesthetically laden assortment of produce outside. I was shocked at how many off season fruits they had, e.g. apricots and donut peaches, which I didn't brave because why when it's not seasonal and god only knows where it came from. They had these amazing freshly backed loaves of sourdough breads, e.g. jalapeno and cheddar, olive, etc. Inside, their deli is full of all sorts of prepared foodstuffs you'd expect plus a salad bar and a sandwich shop. Walk in further and there's everything else you'd expect from your typical grocery. It's not as huge as a Whole Foods or ... but think more compact with stuff you'd want. It's all attracticvely laid out with an aesthetic vide. We went today in winter but I can easily imagine coming here on a summer days when sone fruits are seasonal and there's a bounty of fresh things. The prices are what you'd expect fro a fairly tony neighborhood such as this, e.g. those loaves of bread were approximately $13. The service, if we'd asked I'll give them the benefit of doubt and imagine it would've been up to snuff. ”
“ This is a great store tucked away just off 280 freeway. I shop here multiple times a week for years. They have fresh, local produce and products. The meat selection is great and they have some amazing prime Niman ranch steaks. Top quality beef, pork chicken and fish. I love the variety of cheeses and the lady does a fantastic job. Staff is helpful and friendly, for the most part. A couple of them are a little short but overall staff is courteous to me. The store is a little small but has a nice selection and is organized quite well. This is Portola Valley, in the Bay Area of California, so you can expect to pay those outrageously high prices. ”
“ I have shopped Bianchini's for years and appreciate their fine foods and service. The deli always has a fresh variety. Love their turkey sandwiches. Entries are delicious. And service is excellent. ”
“ Great Deli sandwiches. I love that you can order ahead and have them ready and waiting!!! ”
“ Love this store, especially for deli items and prepared foods. I recommend any of the soups and their chicken salad....the best ever! They also have a great quinoa tabbouleh, chickpea salad and parmesan crisps. All the ingredients are simple and clean. Lots of gluten-free options too! Employees are always super friendly and professional. ”
“ Great place to shop. All the employees are helpful, hard working and there (that says a lot about the management team... to have employees that show up!) I came in this morning for the first time and was impressed. Bravo to a clean, stocked and friendly store. I'll be back :) ”
“ Review is for their takeout sandwiches. We love coming here for work because of their lunch boxes. Every sandwich comes with a cookie and pasta salad. This time I got the roast beef and it comes with a huge layer or roast beef like their other sandwiches! Ingredients are fresh and the bread was soft and not hard. Loved the sandwich a lot and also loved how nicely cut everything was. Available on DoorDash so very convenient if you have a busy day! ”
“ I'm really impressed with this beautiful market. We went here for their Oyster fest, which was okay. They ran out of the British Columbian varieties and we were left with just meh oysters that weren't shucked properly. The saving grace was discovering such a wonderful shopping center and a gorgeous grocery store with colorful and fresh produce, amazing cheese selections, and a salad bar that was packed with all kinds of delicious additions to add to your salad. We will definitely be coming back here with empty stomachs and plenty of ingredients to shop for. ”
